A Visit to the Botanical Garden
Nothing beats a visit to a greenhouse on a cold winter's day. It's impossible not to feel better after spending time among all these incredible plants.
I've always been fascinated with the glass structures of greenhouses. This one was built in the late 1800s, and has been preserved by the local botanical society ever since.
The feeling when you walk into tropical room is incredible. The warm, humid air makes you feel like you're on vacation. And seeing citrus trees full of fruit in the dead of winter is pretty amazing!
Of course, the desert room is also amazing. All those rows of cute little cacti and succulents never fail to put a smile on my face.
