Getting Ready for Date Night
I know, Valentine's Day is just another day of the year... but I am a sucker for romance, and I wanted to spend a little extra time on getting ready tonight.
My best friend Lisa is also my go-to stylist when I want my hair to look perfect. To get loose, beachy waves, we used my wide-barrel ceramic curling iron, and a setting spray. Always make sure to use the spray on each section before curling your hair to help it set and protect your hair from the heat of the iron.
For my date night makeup look, I wanted something classic and romantic. I did a cat eye with liquid liner, mascara, lots of highlighter, and a nice bold lip.
Of course, it wouldn't be Valentine's day without candy hearts.
