Simple Muesli Breakfast
This is my go-to quick and easy breakfast when I don't have time for much else. This recipe is totally customizable, so feel free to adjust to your personal tastes or whatever you have on hand.

First, spread 3 cups of rolled oats over a baking tray and bake them at 350F for a few minutes. This will turn them a golden color and bring out a beautiful nutty aroma.
Now it's time to add whatever you choose! I added sliced almonds, dried fruits, chia seeds, hazelnuts and shredded coconut to mine.
Mix them all in a large bowl, then store in a mason jar in the pantry. For your next breakfast, just mix a cup of muesli with some almond milk and a scoop of coconut yogurt.
Top with fresh fruit and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
